WITHOLDING OUR REFUND
Ordered toilet paper. No feedback why the delivery *(after a week of waiting) still hasn't arrived. Emailed and phoned customer care. Sipiwhe said we'll get a refund as delivery cannot happen anymore for some reason. Another week later, we phoned customer care again. Spoke with Reabetswe- outstanding refund was escalated to finance. She said feedback should be within 48h. STILL NO FEEDBACK AND NO REFUND. AND ALL THIS TROUBLE FOR TOILET PAPER!!!!! WE WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH MAKRO AGAIN.
