Will never purchase from Makro again

On September 6, 2023, I purchased an inverter from Makro Online for R7600, which was delivered on September 13, 2023. Unfortunately, the inverter suddenly stopped working, and despite multiple phone calls and emails nothing happened. To make matters worse, I was told that the inverter only has a one-month warranty, which is completely unacceptable given the price I paid. As a customer, I expect a reasonable warranty period, not just 30 days. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of response and support from Makro Online, and I hope that this complaint will prompt others to not use Makro online and rather TakeAlot.
