Will never order online from Makro again

I ordered a 50m Gardena hosepipe on special at a very good price, I received a Chinese brand hosepipe. I specifically ordered because it was Gardena. Delivered 30 January and created an immediate return request on the same day. It’s been 2 weeks and they have still not collected the hosepipe and given me my refund.
