Will never again order from Makro or recommend to anyone!

I ordered a playstation 4 bundle ,MAK 737026 , on the 25 th of November for R5369 00 including delivery cost.It is an online exclusive,so they mention 21 days waiting period.

I try to contact the online support centre numerous times wasting airtime and also email online support in order to find out when they estimate my delivery will be ready as I will be moving end of the month for work purposes but there's zero response from the emails and the call centre doesnt seems to answer.

Now to make things worse these playstation bundles are on promotion in store so I paid R800:00 more for the same bundle plus I have to wait so long to get my delivery if I even get it this year,why don't they just ship from the closest makro that has the bundle in stock?

Makro your online bussiness stinks and its my biggest regret buying from this online store I wouldn't recommend Makro to anyone rather buy from Takealot,loot or raru.
