Thinking Makro? Then stay out online shopping. Really how do you expect a customer wait the whole month without their order and you tell me it was picked on the 15th of January 2019. I call everyday and your consultants say the same thing order was picked by courier company two weeks ago. I ask for tracking number so I can track on my own but nah they don't know. Makro your competitors deliver within two to three days with a same day option. Your competitors allow us to track our orders and see all the progress. This is beyond pathetic you are very far behind. If ever I receive the order my company decided to do away with your *********** service.
