Why am I begging for my refund?

Placed an online order which was seamless, I guess because it was despatched directly from the supplier. My return request was logged on 1/8/2022 and I'm still waiting for my refund. Makro, I bank with tried and trusted local FNB, not some international bank. Its R499 not R40k. So what exactly is the hold up?!!! You didn't have to wait for your money when I paid!!!!
