Whirlpool washing machine

I phoned Makro Cape Gate customer service this morning, holding on for 10 minutes regarding my Whirlpool washing machine. The lady asked for my makro card number and contact number. It's almost 4hours later and I'm still waiting for her to call me back. Immediately after phoning Makro, i phoned Whirlpool customer services, I was helped immediately with a reference number and 3 messages was send to my cellphone to confirm that my call and query was locked. Makro needs to improve their customer service
