WHERE'S MY REFUND MAKRO????

I bought an office chair from Makro and it was very uncomfortable, so I returned it the next day, the supplier confirmed that they received the chair on the 15th of February. I am yet to receive my refund, I've called so many times, and was told the refund would take place today. I'm waiting patiently for my refund, why does it have to take so long, when they want payment customers pay straight away but when it comes to a refund, we have to wait forever.
