Where's my fridge? 47 days and counting

Ordered a fridge on the 22nd of November 2017 (online). Phone call after phone call of empty promises. The adverti*****t said delivery could take up to 21 calendar days. It's been 47 days. I'm still waiting for my delivery even after going to the store to complain at Makro Cape Gate. This lack of service is completely unacceptable.
