WHERE THE HELL IS MAKRO's MANAGEMENT??
WHERE THE HELL IS MAKRO MANAGEMENT? TERRIBLE SERVICE, ESCALATION UPON ESCALATION, STILL NOTHING!! I have ordered online 4 grinders with reference MAK*** and only 3 grinders were delivered which I immediately reported. ONLY on day 10 they asked for proof of the short-delivery which I have proofed with the waybill weight. 1-grinder weighs 3kg and the parcel they have delivered was 9.0kg instead of 12kg. It is now day 27 and I am still waiting for the outstanding grinder! Escalation upon escalation, several phone calls, tons of emails and STILL NOTHING!!! Where is the ownership in all this. Besides my frustration with Makro they are clearly not living up to their SLOGAN - CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

19 Jun 2023, 12:37This is typical MAKRO's generic AUTO-REPLY. They are bull****ting us with sugar-coated words in the hope we disappear. They are quick to take your money and we can only hope they react so quickly on their poor service?? I am not buying a grinder for future use I need it yesterday!!!!
