Where is the 3% Makro say you get back on credit card usage online

My experience with Makro has been a rollercoaster of efficiency and frustration. Ordering online through their platform is a breeze—amazingly smooth and efficient. However, the promise of reaping benefits with the Makro credit card has been an elusive mystery.

I specifically opted for the Makro credit card due to their advertised 3% back on online orders and 2% in-store purchases. For the past three months, I've diligently used the card for my purchases, eagerly expecting to see where and how this promised cashback would manifest. Disappointingly, there's no indication or clarity on how one can redeem these benefits.

My attempts to seek clarification by contacting their customer service have been an exercise in futility. Upon finally getting through, the representatives seem unaware of the benefits promised with the card. Each time, they've redirected me to another department or the card provider, RCS, which only leads to a bewildering cycle of clueless representatives passing the buck.

It's frustrating and disheartening to encounter a series of dead ends when trying to resolve this matter. The lack of transparency and unavailability of accurate information about the card benefits is not only misleading but also reflects poorly on Makro's customer service.

I hope Makro can address this issue promptly, providing customers with the clarity and transparency they deserve regarding the benefits associated with their credit card. Until then, the experience with the credit card benefits remains unsatisfactory and disappointing.
