where is my tv

got faulty penutbutter from them took 2 months to resolve and alot of work to get someone to assist . then next order mayo was missing . again . still not resolved its 2 months emailing and calling to find out whats happening . again i bought from them no its the tv missing . was supposed to be here in November . 4 calls . daily mails . im getting no answers from makro . this is tiering .
