Where is my STOVE!!!

Bought a Gas stove online from Makro Springfield 4 days later they delivered an Electric stove I declined the Delivery! as my order was the more expensive gas stove, they contacted me says it was the right stove in wrong box and will come drop it off again! then suddenly I get a message it was delivered but no delivery was made! Been 4 days sins complaining and still no stove now NO STOVE!!
