WHERE IS MY REFUND - SINCE 5 DECEMBER 2024

I am still waiting for a refund of R1340 from Makro for a retractable fan that was not delivered. Surely you know your stock count and have an extra fan? i ordered 2 and 1 box arrived with 1 fan in. How since 5 December you do not know that you only delivered one box and one fan? I am now done and will be taking this legal...... why is my refund not sorted out?
