Where is my refund???

I ordered a lawnmower and a microwave from Makro online on the 3rd of October and a few days makro Bloemfontein called to say that they no longer have that microwave (why advertise something you don't have?) the man that called me said I would get my refund just after they deliver the lawnmower. Lawnmower was delivered on the 12th of October. I have been waiting for my refund since then. I have emailed makro twice already asking about my refund and they said they have escalated the matter on Monday I reached out on Twitter and yet again I was told they have escalated the matter. So how long can it possibly take to investigate why 1 refund is taking so long? They don't even call to update you, you would swear they have to refund me from their own money, why is it so hard for makro to give me back my money? I will never order anything from them again they have proven themselves to be *********** and unreliable.
