Where is my order

My experience with Makro Online was usually great. This last order though - a freaking disaster. My Order, placed and paid for on 11/12/02025 is just sitting in the order placed status and not moving. Delivery due today! Whatsap response is still "your order is on still on track" Really? That seems to be the default AI response. On track to what exactly, There are 4 more steps to go before I receive my order. Call centre is supposed to escalate. Still nothing. I would like my product today please, as promised.
