WHERE IS MY ORDER?!

I've placed an online order on 3 August and received confirmation on the 5th of August that the order is packed. Today is the 18th and I still did not receive my order. I have phoned more than twice and contacted Makro on the online chat and sent an email and still did not receive my order or get proper feedback. The online shopping is an absolute waste of time and money.
