Where is my order?
If I could give you a minus 100 I would. Your service is disgusting, I have tried every way to contact you that Ic an and I still get no response. I now have the courier telling ME that I need to follow up with YOU regarding my missing parcel. I paid YOU Makro, I want to know what on earth is going on. i placed and paid for my order on 26 November, 2 - 5 working days?????????????? REALLY???????????????

13 Dec 2023, 18:50Now I rate you -500. A flurry of phone calls, lots of promises but still no indication of when I will receive my delivery. Silver Lakes phoned me this morning, supposedly shocked because I haven't received it. Promised to phone me back. Nothing. HO phoned me yesterday, promised to get back to me, nothing. No advice from the Courier to say the parcel is with then..... NOTHING, NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!
