18 Dec 2024, 15:42I just spoke to a very sweet lady who called. I owe her an apology for shouting at her... but after 17 emails and NO RESPONSE from Makro - i am beyond desperate! Makro - you are a ******** organization that leaches off the monies paid by customers and then cancelling their orders... this is theft and *****.

24 Dec 2024, 10:59Your emails informing me of the cancellation of my items say 2 - 10 working days for my refunds to reflect. now i get an email saying a refund has been processed on the 13th and it'll take another 7 - 14 days before it reflects.
SO WHICH IS IT?
go back on the records i've sent you. i am waiting for refunds for items cancelled as far back as the 6th December!!!
I HAVE RECEIVE NONE OF MY REFUNDS!!
IT'S ALMOST r700 all in all.
that is a LOT OF MONEY!
is this how you treat your customers over Christmas? A family festivity now ruined through your incompetence and greed.
