Where is My Order?

Hi, I received a call this morning that the Truck was at my house delivering my order, when I wasn't even aware. I asked that they leave the order with security, and then they called me back and said they had my Invoice, but my order wasn't in the truck. This is now worrying me because I can't even track the order on your website. Please Assist with Urgency.
