Where is my order

A funny thing happened with Marko. Yesterday I receive a notification that my order is on its way. Then today I receive a sms stating it was delivered. Funny but I never actually received my order. Oh and try phoning customer care. You will be put on hold forever. Second year in a row where Makro is able to completely ***** up.
