where is my delivery

I bought a Defy 6 kg Front Loader Washing Machine , on 11 April 2022 delivery with an expectation of delivery in 2-5 days , Makro website said my order has been delivered on the 13th of April , I called their call centre to ask where they delivered because I did not receive anything . For the past few days, Rejoice Cass from Makro keeps sending me emails saying they are following up on my order , what is so hard ? they either deliver or refund my money , such a disappointment.
