WHERE IS MY DELIVERY?!

They say you cant complain about the service if there is no service... Ordered online for delivery 29/11/2022, order packed got an sms to collect, phoned *** and ***, did the whatsapp thing as well (useless) 47 minutes in i hung up, the next day i got an sms that the previous sms was sent in error and the delivery is scheduled 2-5 days. its been 8 days (working) and nothing, ive tries again to phone numerous time, nothing... i got another number ***, nothing... I want to use really bad words, how can you take my money, and i am not even able to get hold of someone on the phone?! Oh and the best part is i emailed as well, got a response they are busy and i must patiently await a reply. UNACCEPTABLE!!! If you are not able to honor your online purchases then DO NOT have the option. DISGUSTED in you!!!
