Where has the rewards gone

I received a message from Makro on 21 August 23 from *** that I have R699.60 mRewards in store I went to Makro Nelspruit but according to them there were no rewards I am a pensioner and also a client of Makro for many years I reported it to Makro but never received an answer I used their e-mail address My ref is ***3
