Where does the money go??

<p>I paid my makro account the 1st of March and is up to date so far. I went to them two times about my money they allegedly didnt receive. I took my proof of payment with me and the statements. They said they wil sort this out and so far they've done nothing. How can R500 just disappear like that and then they notify me that I'm in arrears by R900?? How is this possible when my payments are all paid so far. Im fed up with them and each time I call all they say is that I'm in arrears.. How can my money just dissapear like that. I'm going to Makro for the third time next week to sort this out again</p>
