Where are these HEROES. Shameful Sevice

I ordered 5 products on the 19th May and to date I have received 1 product. I have subsequently sent 19 e-mails and have made 3 calls to their customer care and I have still got no response.How much longer can this go on for. They keep on sending messages that their HEROES are working on it. I does not take a month to sort out a problem. Come on Makro get your act together.
