Whatever you do don't buy from Makro online shop!!! Please

I bought a laptop from makro 5 days after ordering the laptop "ASUS X515 Intel® Celeron® N4020 4GB RAM 256GB SSD Storage Laptop" my order gets cancelled they send a email saying they order couldn't fulfill my order the email never explained why they couldn't fulfill the order. They told me that I would get my refund which I still havent gotten, I tried calling their customer care number but it kept ringing tried contacting them on their whatsapp number gave them my info they said they would call they also gave me a stupid reference number but they didn't call . I then send an email and they said they will resolve the issue within five business days and honestly I thought processing a payment only take 24hours for the money to reflect but okay I waited for those five to pass but I still haven't gotten my refund. Imagine such a big brand ****ming people I think it's about time the consumer protection councel and the Massmart hear about this.
