What the hell id this
I ordered a cookerhood which was out of stock and was told that they are getting stock in 3 weeks and I must pay for it, which I did, it’s almost a month and haven’t received my cookerhood. I then shopped around and found it somewhere else and now Makro says in order for me to get my refund they need a letter from the bank to confirm my bank account. Why must I get a confirmation from the bank while I swapped my card when they charged me for it?? I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I’M NOT PREPARED YO GET ANY CONFIRMATION FROM MY BAN****!!!!
