What is wrong with Makro's financial departement

I ordered groceries online from Makro 3,5 months ago, they took my money but did not send my groceries. I have send 10 emails, spoken with themnover the phone and posted on Facebook. This is the third time I post on Hello Peter, hopefully this will be the last time.
