What customer service?

Why is your customer service/returns so pathetic at the Strubensvalley branch??? I was in the queue for 45min, only to find that the staff are sitting around looking busy and chatting amongst themselves. Despite the fact that it is horrifically hot inside as there is no air. Maybe it’s time that management pay them a visit, and often that is to implement some sort of urgency. Just saying
