What customer service?

Never buy online, their delivering dates are not correct since they do not have an open communication policy between them and their courier guys. So when I as a customer enquired with courier guys about the late non delivery I was told to open my eyes and read the expected delivery dates. So makro makes their own dates and courier guys are so disrespectful no customer decency hence why they have partnered with Makro So if u have to order online from makro just know u will receive ur package when they feel like delivering and there is also no getting back to a customer ever when you have queried something There is no service but collecting payment they are top notch with that. There are zero flaws there
