What a pleasure!

I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to shop at Makro, Woodmead on Saturday. The shop was crazily busy with people buying back to school supplies but that didn't detract from the pleasant shopping experience. We found that each of the four or five shop assistants we dealt with knew their products well and could answer all our questions knowledgeably. When we joined the queue, we were shocked to see it went all the way to the back of the store and then curled round the fresh produce section, but it moved so fast, it couldn't have taken more than 10 minutes to get to the front. Once there, we had a problem with our Makro card, but this too was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner and we weren't sent away to join the back of the mammoth queue - we were merely slotted back in a few minutes later. What an all-round, pleasant experience. Well done Makro, Woodmead - your staff are amazing and should be commended!
