There i was excited to receive a call from Makro hoping they were going to tell me good news on my long awaited refund, only to be told it a member of the Makro Hellopeter team. funny that they don't even follow-up with their colleagues before call customers, i guess they are just ticking boxes. how do you call a complainant without fact while having a reference number at your disposal. another proof that Makro is full of it. Day 26 and counting...

Your apology is worthless without an actual payment date, you said the same last and he week be last and every other time I enquire by phone. BS is what i'm told.
