Went shopping today ...

Went shopping today at Makro Cornubia, made groceries fitting 2 trolley for over R4000 , I needed boxes to pack the things because I was buying to take this all home on the weekend, when I asked for boxes I was referred by some employees to a manager at the store an Indian guy named Mohammed or Muhammed couldn't get his last name, and they did say I would be lucky to get them because he'd give them to his friends, went to manager's station where he was seated and asked for boxes to pack and he boldly told me he cannot give me, one employee managed to give me 1 box, I was so disappointed, boxes are free and if I'm correct will be thrown away or recycled, why would you not give a customer?
