Well done to Ed and DC of nelspruit branch, thank you
Reported "Pathetic Service" from Nelspruit branch on Monday June 10. Subsequent to that I spoke to the manager who offered me a deal on another computer which they had in stock. Makro Customer service also reverted. I am happy with outcome of the deal. Pity about first line staff lack of commitment however.
