Well done Makro
Some time ago I ordered three items from the online store. Unfortunately one was damaged. I contacted Makro and that is when I got a bit "shocked" - the service was fantastic!
Courier collected the damaged item the day before "Lockdown" and today I received the refund as the item was no longer available!
The Makro team kept me informed at each step!
WELL DONE MAKRO!!!!
