Website crash

I am struggling to make purchases online, the site isn't calculating the discounts, it takes forever to load a product on the cart & checkout isn't even active.

I called customer care and the consultant told me straight up that her profile is fine so she doesn't know what I'm talking about, she then instead of escalating my issue to IT, she wanted to give me head office contacts so I call them myself.
