We purchased Wireless Microphones on their online store on the 25th March 2025 and returned them on the 8th April 2025 as they were not upto standard. We received no update on the refund. 16th April 2025 we were advised that they're waiting for the Seller to confirm delivery of the item from the Courier. 22nd April 2025 we called them again at 11:45 as we had not received any update and spoke to Mpho who advised that the she will escalate it and they will call or send us an email. 23rd April 2025 at 15:04 we called again and Sinenhlanhla said that they're waiting the Seller to confirm receipt of the item. 24th April at 16:15 Kamo advised that the Seller is assessing the item before authorizing the refund. 30th April we have still not received the refund. We called again at 12:45 and Lwazi advised that they're waiting for the Seller to authorize the refund. It's been 3 weeks of waiting for the refund with no communication from Makro whatsoever. The reference number they gave is LVJ6.
