We are within our legal 3 to 7 days for delivery - LIES

I placed an order on 4 June. According to the website Makro said the oder would come in 2 parts. I have received the first part. The 2nd part is still missing. When I emailed to ask the response was "makro is within their legal right of 3 to 7 days for delivery and I would received an email". I have received the email and according to the website it was packed on 11 June. Today (15 June) still no delivery... it has been 8 business days and 11 normal days. Really really disappointed with the service. Sad thing is Makro continues to advertise the product
