Watchout for online store

Watch out if you're planning to buy anything on the online store.

I purchased an averagely sized package online and asked for the delivery purely because the product was not available to be collected at any branch.

They promised 5 working days to deliver the product. Day 1 - Pending process Day 2 - Ready for delivery Day 3 - Ready for delivery Day 4- Delivered (Of which I never received it) Day 5 - 1 Hour short being an entire week, did I receive it.

Sure, I did receive my product within that time, but honestly? 5 days to deliver something that was ready on Day 2, and they can't even give you an ETA so that you can ensure you're available at the time the driver arrives.

It's so sad that their standing franchise is so great, but their Online store fails to deliver that standard. Boo on you Makro Online.
