Wasting our airtime with useless promo ****

This company like to waste your airtime. I phoned their Carnival branch to find out whether they have a specific item and only spoke to a person after holding for more than 2 minutes, then she said she'll put me through to that department, but less than a minute later, the line just went dead after ringing about 3 times. Then I phoned again, but after holding on for 4 minutes 20 seconds and nobody even answered, I just put down the phone. This company is wasting our airtime by having a lot of things to say on a prerecording (some not even relevant anymore) which takes up 2 minutes before it actually goes through to a person, if not, you listen to the same story over and over and over............ And still you don't have an answer:(
