Wasted money on something that doesn't work

I bought my gas stove from Makro Polokwane. I have 3 stove plates that don't work and nobody in Polokwane can fix it for me. I paid a lot of money for my stove and can only cook on 2 plates. This is not acceptable. Please assist.
