Waste of time at Makro CAPE GATE

I went to Makro Cape Gate Mall. I started my shopping at 1730 and they close at 1800. At about 1850 my sales consultant went to the back to prepare my order which was a dual washing and drying machine, fridge, microwave and freezer. At 1808 my consultant and I went to the till- only to find the tills empty with no cashiers in sight. EVERY cashier had left. Only the person who seemed like the manager was left. But noone could help me. I had to walk away with nothing and all they could say was come back tomorrow. What a waste of my time.
