Waste of hard earned money and time

Had some left over credit at Makro Centurion from a R20000 previous order it took one hour after completing the shopping to have the credit approved at the till. We visited accounts before starting the shop who confirmed it is all sorted. Clearly it was not sorted. Cashier staff had to visit accounts office 6 times as each time there was missing info. Complete incompetence. Will no longer place any large orders at Makro Centurion or shop there ever again. Useless staff with poor service.
