Wasn't sent the full order

Good day We placed an order on a Makro promotion on a laptop - it says you receive the free 365 package with laptop and we did not received We were told you need to add it to the deal - if it is free why need to add and no where online was an ADD - when i bought it in store it was given for free Now the promotion of the price is finished and they say they cant do anything

Very very unhappy with this service that we got and most likely will never use online again, this is ridiculous service
