Washing maching

Bought a washing machine online order # MAK*** on the 17th of December 2019 and everything went smooth received a message on the 19th that my product is sent to the courier i must look out for an sms for delivery date, received a call on the 24th from a lady asking if im available for them to deliver today i said I am waited the whole day nothing was delivered no phone call nothing. On the 27th i checked my status as i left on the 23rd it was in progress then on the 27th it stated delivered called the customer care spoke to Lesego to explain why my status says delivered were by i didn't receive my product she said she will call back after contacting the store and get back to me she didn't i had to call again and ask for her and her excuse was that shes still trying to get hold of the store and manger with no luck but keep me on the loop. Was called on the 31st she told me she got hold of the manager they still investigating she will get back to me before end of the day till today nothing has happened im very frustrated with the poor service im receiving were as i paid cash for my product that now the status says completed.
