Washing machine with extended warranty not fixed after 6 weeks.

Bought a whirlpool washing machine from Makro with extended warranty. 3 years manufacturers warranty and 2 years extended warrant. 4 years later the machine began problematic. Technicians came out and promised a 7 day repair. It's gone 6 weeks and many promises that the spares are on back order. And no end in sight. We are senior citizens and need to wash our clothes. With poor services like this how does one cope. We are now exasperated. Nat ***.
