Washing machine staining my clothes

We bought a Hisense 10kg Front loader washing machine from Makro Germiston on the 23 July 2019. It has now messed up half my clothes and towels as there seems to be grease or oil leaking during the wash cycle. When I call the service center I get told that I won't get a new machine as it is out of the 14 day period and that a technician will come and service it. That is unacceptable for a machine that is 2 months old. I will not accept a fixed machine. Makro you can either come and fetch the machine and drop off a new one the same day, or I will come there on Friday with the machine and make a huge scene. I want a Brand new machine and I will also claim for all my damaged clothes. So it's either a new machine or you give back all the money and we will go somewhere else. You have until Thursday to be in contact with me regarding this. I phoned on Friday last week and was told someone would contact me on Monday. I still haven't had anyone contact me.
