Washing machine
I bought an L.G washing machine in 2022 they said it has a 10year warranty,now the problem occurs l am told it's out of warranty...

The unit is out of warranty with Makro, for further assistance please contact LG on ***. Should you wish to proceed, the unit can be booked in for assessment, after which a quotation for the repairs will be provided for your approval before any work is carried out. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the assessment.
And l bought the machine at Makro...l am not the one who should be dealing with L.G but Makro...
