Washing machine bought from Makro 4 months old and faulty

I bought a Defy washing machine and dishwasher from Make I in March 2018. In July 2018 the washing machine started flooding my kitchen. As soon as I would switch it On the water would flow from the machine onto the floor like I'd opened a tap. A technician came by, opened the top, did something for 5 minutes and then left saying it's fixed and there was a pipe that was loosely fitted during assembly. The next day I switch the machine on again, it floods my kitchen again. The same technician comes again, tightens the same pipe and leaves. Now the machine doesn't flood anymore, but it leaks each and every time I use it - it's damaged my brand new fitted kitchen cupboards. I don't know what to do. I immediately called Makro in July when I had the problem, and spoke to Lesego Shayi. She has not gotten back to me since. It's been a month now but the machine is still leaking and I don't know what to do.
